2. Free Draft & Payment
A first draft itinerary is offered free of charge. If you wish to proceed beyond this stage, a payment will be required. Our prices are shared clearly before payment.

3. No Refund Policy
Due to the custom and non-reversible nature of our services, no refunds are issued once payment has been made and the planning process has begun.

4. Client Responsibility
All bookings with third-party providers (airlines, hotels, tours) are the sole responsibility of the client. Canada Escape cannot be held liable for changes or issues related to these providers.
